Terms & Conditions
Important: This is a starter Terms section for an MVP landing page and is not legal advice. Before going fully public, have counsel review.
1) Overview. AgentFlow is a software platform provided by Ai Automaniacs LLC (“we,” “us”) that helps real estate professionals manage workflows and automation. By accessing or using AgentFlow, you agree to these Terms.
2) Accounts & access. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3) Subscription billing. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Taxes may apply.
4) Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
5) Referral earnings. If your plan includes referral earnings: (a) earnings are subject to validation and fraud checks; (b) earnings are paid quarterly after a 60-day curing period; (c) there is a $25 minimum payout threshold per payment; (d) if a referred user’s subscription payment fails, is reversed, or is refunded, the related earnings may be reduced or removed.
6) Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or other users.
7) Data & privacy. You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us permission to process that data to provide the service. We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
8) Availability. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.
9) Disclaimers. AgentFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for business decisions you make using the platform.
10) Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
11) Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AgentFlow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
